Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing SAP S/4HANA
∎ Troubleshoot and narrow down reported issues, identify root causes, and find creative solutions accordingly
∎ User Support for all models
∎ Various reports preparation for server/devices/users
∎ Daily BASIS and Firewall monitoring
∎ L-2 support technical document preparation
