Hands-on experience with cutting machinery and CAD systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager – Cutting who will play a pivotal role in ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality in our cutting operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all technical aspects of the cutting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fabric cutting.
Develop and implement cutting plans to minimize fabric wastage and optimize productivity.
Supervise and guide cutting team members, providing technical support and training.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, buyer requirements, and production timelines.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
Introduce innovative techniques and machinery upgrades to improve cutting performance.
Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety and compliance standards.
