Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview

The Talent Hunt HR Manager will lead strategic recruitment initiatives to identify, attract, and onboard high-caliber professionals from the hospitality, food & beverage, wellness, lifestyle, and luxury service sectors. This role will serve as a key driver in positioning Cityscape Lifestyle Limited as the benchmark for premium hospitality in Bangladesh through proactive talent scouting and effective workforce planning.

 

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Head Hunting

  • Source, engage, and recruit top-tier talent across hospitality, F&B, luxury lifestyle, and service excellence domains.

  • Develop and maintain strong networks with industry leaders, training institutions, and professional forums.

  • Attract and assess candidates for executive, managerial, and frontline positions aligned with Cityscape’s premium brand positioning.

  • Utilize modern sourcing channels including LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, alumni networks, and industry-specific platforms.

Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives across multiple business units (restaurants, bars, lounges, spas, gyms, wellness centers, premium suites).

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Cityscape Lifestyle as an employer of choice in the hospitality sector.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requisition approval, job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Performance & Retention Alignment

  • Ensure selection of candidates with proven expertise in service excellence, innovation, and business impact.

  • Partner with department heads to evaluate cultural alignment and long-term performance potential.

  • Monitor new hire performance during probationary periods and align outcomes with defined KPIs.

  • Contribute to succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, contracts, and candidate databases.

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 (Amended) and internal HR policies.

  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management review.

 

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong track record in executive search, headhunting, and talent pipeline development.

  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality service standards, F&B operations, and customer experience excellence.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to evaluate candidates for skills, character, and cultural fit.

  • Highly proactive, target-driven, and aligned with luxury lifestyle service standards.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferably from IBA, University of Dhaka).

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or executive search—preferably within hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury service industries.

  • Prior experience in recruiting for restaurants, bars, lounges, or F&B operations will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Exposure to international hospitality standards is highly desirable.

  • Experience in both high-volume recruitment and specialized executive hiring.

  • Immediate availability to join is required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Reduction in time-to-hire.

  • Quality-of-hire and percentage of hires exceeding performance expectations.

  • 12-month retention rate of new hires.

  • Strength and depth of the talent pipeline for critical positions.
