Responsibilities & Context:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.

  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, events, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Maintain a professional and engaging presence on job boards and professional networks.

  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

  • Develop relationships with universities, training institutes, and industry networks for potential talent sourcing.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to improve processes.

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring all documentation and induction programs are completed.
