Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to work in the MCD. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring fabric is received from the Inspection Department on a daily/hourly basis, verifying physical information with system data, and updating location in the system as per SOP.
Reviewing the daily delivery plan and urgently collecting fabrics from QC 4 Racks via the Production Area when required.
Processing all issues as per procedure (e.g., samples, lot cards, shade bands) and posting them in APM and SAP on time.
Ensuring rework-process fabrics are delivered to Production as per plan requests and reporting status updates to the concerned departments.
Ensuring FG split as per SPC instructions and posting updates in the system in a timely manner.
Maintaining inventory of all returned goods and supporting the Officer to complete the full process.
Supporting delivery as requested by the Officer.
Maintaining standard housekeeping as per customer requirements.
Supporting the Officer with all finished fabric inventory audits.
Performing any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Chief.
