Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environment Science
∎ Training/Trade Course: Must be completed Environment Management System (EMS) training ISO 14001:2015

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): experience at Physio Chemical ETP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Knowledge in microbiology and environmental chemistry and experience in sampling and testing water;
∎ • Experience in performing daily checks of the wastewater treatment process;
∎ • Understanding of the machinery used for wastewater treatment and pumping system;
∎ • Ability to diagnose and correct wastewater treatment plant malfunctions;
∎ • Effluent related records and log books maintenance and its compliance,
∎ • Waste water & Hazardous waste collection, storage, segregation, treatment and disposal,
∎ • Housekeeping of ETP & MEE and daily weekly checks etc.,
∎ • Assists in the supervision of overall Wastewater Treatment Plant and Reclaimed Water Facility operations and maintenance, and all Outfall discharges
∎ • Completes and sends out required reports to various state and federal agencies
∎ • Having experience in ETP (PVA Gel process), WTP, Chemical industry and lab test.
∎ • Having strong command for chemical and Physio Chemical ETP.
∎ • Monitor overall process in ETP & Zero Discharge plant Both.
∎ • Handle and stabilize Coagulation, Reverse osmosis, Softener Streams by achieving 100% water quality.
∎ • To have knowledge on BOD, COD, TDS, TSS, DO, PH test Standard. Identify the importance of back washing, rinsing, steam sanitation, filter media cleaning and sanitation time to time.
∎ • Achieve maximum water recovery from all the areas of the plant with new innovative thoughts to achieve minimum water ratio for preparing products.
∎ • Identify the root cause of problems based on thorough knowledge of the chemistry of ETP area.
∎ • Maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) for ETP process.
∎ • Work with material safety data sheet (MSDS) for chemical handling.
∎ • Check water quality, color, and odor and maintain with standard.
∎ • Ensure air blower and another pump are working properly.
∎ • Waste & Sludge management system.
∎ • Ensure chemical dosing measure according to JAR test.
∎ • Different types of testing and root cause analysis.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be completed Environment Management System (EMS) training /ISO 14001:2015

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
