The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater (Knitting/Woven/Apparel) Additional Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely Able to work independently and proactively.

Strong leadership and team management skill.

• Check and set up the washing machine according to the buyer’s wash standard or sample approval.

• Prepare washing recipes (chemical, detergent, softener, enzyme, etc.) as per the required shade or hand feel.

• Ensure water temperature, pH, and time are properly controlled during washing.

• Measure and mix chemicals accurately according to the wash formula.

• Maintain the chemical inventory and ensure safe handling and storage.

• Conduct lab tests before bulk washing (e.g., color fastness, shrinkage, and rubbing test).

• Perform pre-production sample washing to get buyer approval.

• Adjust washing parameters based on trial results or buyer comments.

• Supervise bulk washing to ensure consistency with approved samples.

• Inspect garments after washing for defects (e.g., color variation, patch marks, shrinkage, hand feel).

• Maintain records of washing parameters and test results.

• Report any quality issues to the production manager or quality team.

• Ensure washing machines and dryers are clean, calibrated, and functioning properly.

• Report any mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance department immediately.

• Follow safety guidelines for chemical handling and machine operation.

• Use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as gloves, masks, and goggles.

• Maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for all chemicals used.

• Keep records of wash recipes, production logs, test results, and approval reports.

• Support in buyer audits and compliance inspections related to washing.
