Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a experienced Senior Officer/Asst.Manager for Product Development in Dyeing Factory. The responsibilities are..
- Follow up Uniqlo development (Knit & Woven)
- Follow up lab dip,EC,App sample for Uniqlo
- Ensure on time submission and approval
- Communicate with external and internal customer
- Ensure quality, shade accuracy, and fabric performance as per technical specifications.
- Guide the dyeing team on recipe formulation, dye selection, and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in dyeing and finishing to meet required standards.
- Monitor test results (shrinkage, fastness, GSM, etc.) and ensure corrective actions.
- Ensure buyer comments, changes, and approvals are implemented correctly.
- Maintain documentation and traceability for product development activities.
- Train the team on technical know-how, buyer expectations, and innovation practices.
- Any other task by the superior or management.
