Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, Diploma in Textile Engineering
∎ Having MBA will be given preferences
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor QC activities in all process area.
∎ Supervise the Quality team and maintain SOP.
∎ Ensure data entry in incoming material inspection form, different test formats; like GSM test, Thickness Test.
∎ Maintain statistical analysis of different tests to confirm overall product quality measures.
∎ Match the Job Card with standard set by customer to confirm product quality.
∎ Able to conduct different QA tests using different test equipment.
∎ Ensure quality at production site and visit client site for claims and new requirements.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
∎ Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
∎ Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
∎ Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
∎ Coordinates product testing processes and participates in product testing.
∎ Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
∎ Must have full knowledge of testing protocol of all reputed international buyers.
∎ Must be experienced of setting and enforcing the quality standards and systems in weaving, yarn dyeing and processing dept.
∎ Should be able to understand and resolve the customers complains if any.
∎ Should have full control on all testing procedures and ensuring different performance properties of the fabric.
∎ Should have knowledge of incoming color and chemical Testing.
∎ Testing protocol of all reputed international buyers.
