∎ BSC in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update and maintain the LAB SAFETY Plan manual and MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet ) manual .
∎ Prepared Laboratory Machine Standard Procedure (SOP).
∎ Ensure making of Test report proper time according to management label expectation .
∎ Also ensure LAB Dip as per buyer requirement Swatch & Pantone.
∎ Knowledge about different types of dye stuff ( reactive , Disperse , Nylon , Vat , Sulphur dyes etc).
∎ To ensure shade of every Shades with customer approved .
∎ To check LAB Dip combination and adjust recipe.
∎ To check Costing of every Shades and try to reduce costing with the concern management .
∎ To check LAB to bulk RFT and bulk to bulk RFT.
∎ Heading entire color lab operation , LAB Dip formulation for cotton , polyester & nylon Shade matching .
∎ Responsible for LAB dyeing , sample dyeing and bulk dyeing process control function , RFT team leading , Dyeing R&D, Root cause analysis for dyeing failure , Calculate dyes consumptions for bulk dyeing according to order forecast , Responsible for analytical lab , Dyes and chemical test ,New dyes and chemical development , dealing with all buyer merchandiser.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ LAB Test and Chemical Test ( Soda , Ash , Caustic , Acid, Peroxide) Quality Controlling, Knit GSM , Shrinkage , Rubbing , Washing , Light and Color fastness , Grey Scale , Stretch Growth recovery , Crocking fastness , Yarn Count , Yarn Twist , Fabrics PH , Saliva , Per Aspiration.
∎ Excellent Knowledge About : Shade match , able to perform pipetting , controlling auto dispenser.
∎ Data color 650/800 ( Spectro Photometer ) like check CMC report ( Pass/Fail, DL, Da, Db, Dc, Dh),Input Database , Measure buyer standard & take recipe, topping recipe, correction recipe (cotton , Polyester, Pc, CVC , Linen , Viscose ,Acrylic , Nylon , Fluro cent etc.) from data color and Visually Correction , Input wave Length setup , change of light source etc.
