∎ Proven experience (5 years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for various roles and levels.
∎ Hospitality Industry experience Candidates will get preference (Hotel, Club).
∎ Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.

∎ Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract candidates.
∎ Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
∎ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
∎ Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
∎ Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the decision-making process.
∎ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
∎ Develop and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
∎ Create compelling job postings and marketing materials to attract candidates.
∎ Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
∎ Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
∎ Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment performance and trends.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
∎ Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performance.
∎ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the recruitment team.
