∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, ILO standards, and Buyer Code of Conduct (COC).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, training, and employee development.
∎ Implement performance management systems, including evaluations, promotions, and dismissals.
∎ Ensure competitive employee welfare, compensation, and retention strategies.
∎ Develop and implement policies aligned with business strategies.
∎ Optimize manpower, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employment contracts.
∎ Oversee office administration, logistics, utilities, procurement, and asset management.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, ILO standards, and buyer Code of Conduct.
∎ Ensuring internal and external audits (ACCORD, ALLIANCE, GOTS, HIGG INDEX, etc.). as per compliance and labor law accordingly.
∎ Liaise with government agencies, BGMEA, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Conduct compliance, ethics, and safety training programs.Ensure adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct.
∎ Build relationships with government and non-government agencies.
∎ Oversee factory security, subcontract agreements, and workplace safety.
∎ Ensure industrial safety, emergency action plans, and compliance best practices.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time when required.
