Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure recruitment, selection & placement of required workers & staffs as per approved HR Policy
∎ Ensure overall factory operations and HR & Compliance related activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer’s code of conduct within factory premises
∎ Keep the factory ready for any type of audit / visit and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline.
