Additional Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in RMG or manufacturing sector, preferably in welfare/compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019, Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules 2022 and compliance standards.
Skilled in grievance handling, worker counseling, and employee engagement.
Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure worker welfare, monitor facilities.
Handle grievances, maintain records, and support conflict resolution.
Conduct worker orientation and awareness programs.
Coordinate with safety teams on health and safety compliance.
Facilitate Worker Participation Committees and worker–management dialogue.
Assist in internal/external audits and prepare welfare reports.
