∎ Experience: 7-10 years of experience in training & development, preferably in a corporate or sales-driven environment.
∎ Experience in corporate and sales training.
∎ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
∎ Certification in Training & Development (e.g., TOT, CIPD, or similar).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate various corporate and sales force development training programs.
∎ Ensure comprehensive orientation programs for new employees.
∎ Develop, update, and implement training modules tailored to business needs.
∎ Design and execute innovative training methods in collaboration with external training organizations.
∎ Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
∎ Develop short-term and long-term training plans aligned with business objectives.
∎ Support HR in integrating training initiatives into the Performance Management System.
∎ Assist in creating the training budget and calendar.
∎ Identify new training opportunities and coordinate logistics for training programs.
∎ Manage and translate essential documents and learning materials as needed.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports and feedback to the Head of Training.
∎ Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on evaluations and feedback.
∎ Work closely with management to support overall training and development needs.
∎ Maintain relationships with training vendors and consultants for external training solutions.
