Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employee engagement and organizational growth. This position is suitable for professionals with 1–3 years of HR experience who are eager to grow their career in a structured and professional work environment.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately and confidentially.

Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Support attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues professionally.

Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and employee evaluations.

Coordinate training & development programs and support HR initiatives to improve employee skills and engagement.

Prepare HR reports, letters, and official documentation as required by management.

Support workplace discipline, employee relations, and internal communication.

Contribute to maintaining a positive, ethical, and productive work culture
