Position: Executive – HR & Odoo Software Specialist

Job Summary

Cityscape Lifestyle Limited is looking for a dynamic and highly responsible Executive – HR & Odoo Software Specialist who can effectively manage HR operations through Odoo ERP while performing efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage employee database, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation through Odoo ERP

• Support recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities

• Assist in implementation and enforcement of HR policies, rules, and procedures

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and analytics for management review

Odoo ERP Responsibilities

• Operate, configure, and maintain Odoo HR modules (Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Recruitment, Appraisal)

• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity

• Troubleshoot Odoo-related HR issues and coordinate with IT/Odoo technical teams

• Train and guide employees on Odoo HR system usage when required

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management / business administration or relevant discipline

• Graduates from IBA (DU) or University of Dhaka (DU) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations with hands-on Odoo ERP exposure

• Practical knowledge of HR compliance and corporate HR procedures

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over Odoo HR modules

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
