∎ Professional accounting certification (CA, CMA, ACCA) is highly preferred.

∎ at least 5 years in a managerial role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
∎ Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
∎ Manage cash flow and forecasting, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
∎ Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
∎ Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
∎ Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring the company's financial practices remain compliant.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
∎ Assist with audits and other financial reviews as required.
