∎ Candidates having minimum 8 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR, Admin & Compliance issues of export based Ceramic Industry/ Readymade Knit Garments Factory (s) are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have proven leadership quality & communication skills
∎ Should be sincere, self-motivated and result oriented
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms Should be well conversant with computer applications
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned export based Porcelain (Tableware) Manufacturer Industry is looking for potential candidate for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) at its Head Office, Dhaka. Factory is located at Habiganj District.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR, Admin & Compliance related activities of the Head Office effectively & efficiently. Besides, he need to visit factory frequently to coordinate smooth performance of HR & Compliance related job activities over there.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on HR issues like Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, Disciplinary issues settlement, Grievance Handling etc.
∎ He should be capable to handle Admin and Logistic related issues of the company at Head Office.
∎ The candidate should have practical knowledge on Modern Compliance issues & have the capacity to take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers/legal requirement.
