Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead a team to handle end to end HR functions for all employees.
∎ Talent Acquisition (Recruitment, Selection, Orientation)
∎ Training Need Assessment, Design training modules, co-ordinate & execute training program.
∎ Ensure implementation of all HR policies and processes on time and with quality, always.
∎ Work closely with the Functional Heads for Performance Management System (KPI, KRA).
∎ Handle Onboarding and Exit process for employees in efficient approach.
∎ Ensure overall statutory compliances and Drive Automation of all HR Processes to improve efficiency and delightful employee experience.
∎ Design and develop guidelines and policies required for specific activities, ownership of guidelines and policies.
∎ Grievance Counseling - counsel and address grievances, Gauge and drive solutions for grievance handling.
∎ Provide inputs and implementation of policies - Be thorough with the HR domain and ensure proper implementation of all checks and balances within the system.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by reporting supervisor.
