∎ Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
∎ Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
∎ Assist with administrative HR tasks, including document preparation and report generation.
∎ Manage employee attendance and leave records.
∎ Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
∎ Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain and coordinate in the site as well.
∎ Any other work given by the management.
