∎ PGD in Human Resource management.
∎ Relevant training certifications like KPI, HR Metrics, HR Operations, Labor Laws are preferred.

∎ At least 15 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
∎ Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best HR practices.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in ERP/ HRMS and digital HR tools will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to conduct HR related training within the team or organization.

∎ Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
∎ Create, update, and implement HR policies as per business needs and regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
∎ To ensure alignment of HR policies and strategies with organizational goals.
∎ To line up all the HR actions and operations to the business goals.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Design and oversee employee training, learning, and development programs.
∎ Implement effective performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability.
∎ Promote a positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration, engagement, and productivity.
∎ Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with fairness and professionalism.
∎ Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Ensure payroll and benefits administration comply with legal and organizational standards.
∎ Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and improve decision-making.
∎ Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
∎ Drive HR transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
∎ Implement digital HR solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
∎ Work closely with senior management, department heads, and employees to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
∎ Represent HR in key decision-making meetings and provide expert advice on HR matters.
