∎ It is essential to foster the right mindset from the very beginning, proactively taking the lead in establishing and developing each department—essence like a pre-opening team member. A strong command of computer operations across all formats & proficiency in PMS, along with polished English communication skills, both written and spoken, is crucial. Additionally, a well-groomed sense of hospitality is expected to ensure excellence in service and teamwork.
∎ Fully committed to working extra hours, regardless of duty schedule, including weekends and government holidays, to effectively handle any emergency situations.
