Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Contribute to strategic planning with insights on HR needs, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
∎ Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent. Develop talent pipelines and succession planning to support organizational growth.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and implement programs to boost employee engagement and morality.
∎ Oversee performance appraisal processes, set performance standards, and implement performance improvement plans. Collaborate with department heads to drive continuous feedback and employee development.
∎ Identify training needs, develop training programs, and track employee development. Promote a learning culture through workshops, skill development programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
∎ Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct market benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations. Maintain employee records, contracts, and handle payroll activities to meet legal and company standards.
∎ Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company culture and regulatory requirements.
∎ Streamline onboarding and exit processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Handle orientation, exit interviews, and turnover analysis.
∎ Provide HR analytics and reports on key HR metrics to senior management. Use data to drive HR initiatives and make informed decisions.
