∎ Proven leadership in sales and marketing, with expertise in digital marketing and CRM systems.
∎ Strong understanding of revenue management, market positioning, and brand management.
∎ Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the club's goals. Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to drive high performance.
∎ Revenue and Brand Management: Oversee targeted sales campaigns, optimize revenue streams from services like F&B, wellness, and events, and ensure a strong brand presence.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Work with operations to ensure seamless member experiences and address concerns promptly. Build and maintain relationships with key members and partners.
∎ Market Research & Innovation: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to refine strategies, keep up with trends, and continuously improve marketing efforts.
∎ Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor the sales and marketing team, set clear performance goals, and foster a results-driven culture.
∎ Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage the sales and marketing budget, track ROI, and ensure cost-effective spending to meet financial goals.
