∎ Master’s or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

∎ Minimum 12 years in sales and marketing leadership roles, ideally in the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
∎ Certifications:
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP).
∎ Skills & Expertise:
∎ Proven leadership in sales and marketing, with expertise in digital marketing and CRM systems.
∎ Strong understanding of revenue management, market positioning, and brand management.
∎ Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the club's goals. Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to drive high performance.
∎ Revenue and Brand Management: Oversee targeted sales campaigns, optimize revenue streams from services like F&B, wellness, and events, and ensure a strong brand presence.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Work with operations to ensure seamless member experiences and address concerns promptly. Build and maintain relationships with key members and partners.
∎ Market Research & Innovation: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to refine strategies, keep up with trends, and continuously improve marketing efforts.
∎ Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor the sales and marketing team, set clear performance goals, and foster a results-driven culture.
∎ Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage the sales and marketing budget, track ROI, and ensure cost-effective spending to meet financial goals.

The GM will be responsible for driving sales, developing innovative marketing strategies, managing brand positioning and ensuring outstanding member experiences across the club's diverse services, including bars, restaurants, wellness centers, and private suites.
