Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
∎ Design and implement learning and development initiatives tailored to employee needs and organizational goals.
∎ Develop and execute talent management strategies to nurture high-potential employees and ensure succession planning.
∎ Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement practices and programs.
∎ Address disciplinary issues with a focus on fairness and adherence to company policies.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and provide HR support.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead and advance our human resources initiatives. This role will involve managing the entire recruitment and talent acquisition process to attract and retain top talent. The HR Manager will also spearhead learning and development programs to support employee growth, implement effective talent management strategies, and improve employee engagement across the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience working with reputable buying houses and a proven track record in recruitment and learning & development.
