Training Coordination, Training Facilitation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with Managers and field team to identify training needs and follow up TNA Process
∎ Assist Team Leader in designing monthly and annual training calendars, budget & follow-up process.
∎ Communicate, coordinate and conduct training programs with the team lead and individually with the regional sales team
∎ Creating and maintaining training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules
∎ Collect competutors product and price information and prepare presentation module
∎ Ensure training materials and resources are prepared and readily available.
∎ Train and guide new employees
∎ Maintain all training records of training attendance, training evaluations, training feedback etc.
∎ Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales training reports.
∎ Identify employees who can serve as mentor to other employees
∎ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
∎ Evaluating training program effectiveness and making continuous improvements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
∎ Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
∎ Able to work in diversified and stressful situations
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
Salary:
