Additional Requirements:

  1. Strong strategic thinking with branding and marketing knowledge.

  2. Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  3. Advanced Excel expertise: pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, dashboards, and data modeling.

  4. Proficient in data analysis, market insights, and MIS reporting.

  5. Effective verbal and written communication, with strong leadership capability.

  6. Willingness to travel extensively for dealership visits.



Responsibilities & Context:

1.            Develop and expand the dealer network by identifying new business opportunities and appointing potential dealers

2.            Evaluate dealer proposals, conduct feasibility studies, and finalize dealership appointments

3.            Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and act as the primary communication link

4.            Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for network growth

5.            Ensure proper implementation of company branding guidelines across all dealer outlets

6.            Monitor showroom standards, visual merchandising, and overall brand representation

7.            Conduct regular dealer visits, audits, and performance review meetings

8.            Resolve dealer operational issues, conflicts, and escalations in a timely manner

9.            Coordinate training programs for dealer staff to enhance operational capability

10.          Ensure high standards of customer experience and dealership environment

11.          Track dealer financial health, compliance, and overall business sustainability

12.          Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and adherence to company policies

13.          Collaborate with internal teams (branding, marketing, finance, legal, and operations) for smooth network functioning
