Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile
∎ Skills Required: Floor/ Line Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and report daily output as per production plan for respective Floor.
∎ Review the plan provided by Planning department and make modification as required and assign to respective Floor on a weekly basis
∎ Monitor, Track and Report availability of manpower on a daily basis by analysing absenteeism and other production related issues and make necessary arrangements for adequately staffing the lines/Floor to ensure smooth production.
∎ Understand and implement ongoing projects planned with respect to
∎ Consolidate and verify requisition of Manpower
∎ Provide Training to Action Leaders
∎ Ensure Trial production as per plan
∎ General production for assigned floors
∎ Understand and train GL, TL and Team Members on new processes are introduced, ensure timely training and skill development in respective Floor
∎ Monitor, Track & Report on a daily basis the material availability status required for Production plan for respective Floor
∎ Monitor, Track & Report Efficiency targets in production for respective Floor
∎ Ensure 100% compliance on all quality standards / parameters identified for respective Floor
∎ Ensure implementation of lean projects and report (as per agreed timeline) identified parameters that are working and any challenges for respective Floor

∎ Must be hard worker and future goal to grow up with the company.
∎ Must have will to stay in Nilphamari / Sayedpur.
