• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age At least 25 years

• Usually 5+ years in garment cutting operations.
• IE Experience in Cutting Will Get preference.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabric types, cutting techniques, and pattern management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of CAD/CAM systems.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Production Planning & Execution: Plan daily/weekly cutting schedules to meet deadlines.

• Material Management: Optimize fabric consumption to minimize waste.

• Technical Oversight: Supervise marker making, fabric spreading, and cutting.

• Quality Control: Ensure cut components meet specifications and conduct inspections.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the cutting floor staff.

• Maintenance & Safety: Ensure machines are functional and adhere to safety standards.
