Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
- Usually 5+ years in garment cutting operations.
- IE Experience in Cutting Will Get preference.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabric types, cutting techniques, and pattern management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of CAD/CAM systems.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Production Planning & Execution: Plan daily/weekly cutting schedules to meet deadlines.
Material Management: Optimize fabric consumption to minimize waste.
Technical Oversight: Supervise marker making, fabric spreading, and cutting.
Quality Control: Ensure cut components meet specifications and conduct inspections.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the cutting floor staff.
Maintenance & Safety: Ensure machines are functional and adhere to safety standards.
