∎ BBA/MBA from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate recruitment & selection process for executive & worker
∎ Receive and check employee personnel requsition against manpower plan
∎ Post Job advertisement on BD jobs(Executive), internal notice board & BEPZA gate
∎ Shortlisted candidates & Arrange written and viva examination
∎ Conduct joining formalities arrange induction training for new joiners
∎ Look after the IMS, ISMS related issues
∎ Prepare employees database all location, turnover report, manpower report
∎ To face different social compliance audit
∎ Any other task assign by the department manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel)
∎ English Language proficiency
