∎ Experienced in a similar position within a reputed woven, knit, heavy-knit garments manufacturing unit/s.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including order follow-up, production planning, and shipment schedules.
∎ Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery meet the buyer's expectations and standards.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
∎ Monitor market trends, fashion forecasts, and competitor strategies to align product development with buyer preferences.
∎ Collaborate with design and production teams to align collections with buyer requirements.
∎ Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and buyer reviews.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product development, production, and shipments.
