• Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or TikTok Shop interfaces.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO, product listing optimization, and digital performance metrics.

• Strong functional literacy in IT systems, operating systems, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for data tracking.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent written English communication skills (essential for interacting with US platform support and customers).

Job Description / Responsibility

An Ecommerce and IT Manager at Frontier Pet Food Limited is responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling our online storefronts across major US marketplaces—including Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart—for our US-trademarked brand, Okiniiri Bullysticks. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-end store operations, drive digital sales growth, manage internal IT requirements, and execute other technical or operational tasks as assigned by the management to support overall business infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Store Management & Growth:

• Set up, configure, and maintain company storefronts on Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Walmart Marketplace.

• Manage product listings, optimize SEO keywords, monitor pricing, and ensure accurate product descriptions and images.

• Track and improve store metrics, listing conversions, and overall account health across all platforms.

• Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure seamless stock replenishment for US fulfillment.

• IT Support & Digital Operations:

• Handle day-to-day internal IT-related tasks, including software setup, system troubleshooting, and digital asset organization.

• Maintain and monitor basic office network stability and data backup protocols.

• Assist in evaluating and implementing new digital tools or software to optimize team productivity.

• Discretionary Support:

• Execute any other technical, operational, or administrative tasks at the discretion of the management to facilitate business growth.
