Skills Required: EPZ Labor Law 2019,Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,Factory Administration,Grievance Management,Negotiation and Conflict Resolution,Security Management

Additional Requirements:
  • Candidates having minimum 15 years (at least 3 years in similar position) of hands-on experience in managing HR & Admin related issues of export oriented RMG factory(s) are encouraged to apply.

  • In depth knowledge in Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019 and Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules 2022.

  • Advanced-level user of computer spreadsheet along with other MS office tools. Proven leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee of factory recruitment, compensation & benefits, attendance & leave management, training & development, disciplinary actions, employee relations, grievance handling, etc.

  • Developing and implementing HR & Admin strategies in line with the Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers` COC, Industry standards, etc.

  • Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, Manpower planning as per requirement.

  • Manage administrative operations, including facility management, security, and office resources.

  • Ensure a positive work environment by resolving grievances and fostering effective communication between management and staff.

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and corporate policies, including social and ethical audits.

  • Ensure the factory’ working environments are in accordance with social compliance standards.

  • Ensure legal compliance documents up to date.

  • Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.

  • Work closely with departmental heads to ensure alignment of HR practices with operational needs.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the team to stay current with HR trends and best practices.
