∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate HR, HR Operations, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process effectively
∎ Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Implementing and revising the company's compensation program as per requirement
∎ Update Organogram, JD, KPI, Manpower planning, Budgeting, organizational structure from time to time
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
∎ Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labor law 2006 as well as other applicable laws & rules
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills
∎ Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
∎ Proficiency in written and oral English and MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
