• Strong understanding of knitting, dyeing, finishing, and fabric types.

• Proven experience in capacity planning, production coordination, and order management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with customers and internal departments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle production delays, inventory issues, and customer concerns.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning software (SAP/ERP/MIS systems preferred).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

• Leadership capability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Strong commitment to timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking experienced candidates with a background in Textile Factory (Knitting & Dyeing) Sales & Planning. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for knitted and dyed fabrics in alignment with business goals.

• Manage customer orders from inquiry to shipment, ensuring accurate communication and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with the knitting, dyeing, finishing, and quality teams to prepare and monitor production plans.

• Allocate and optimize machine capacity based on confirmed orders and forecasted demands.

• Review production status daily and adjust plans to accommodate delays, urgent orders, or material constraints.

• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding order progress, shipment schedules, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of yarn, dyes, and chemicals.

• Monitor raw material and finished fabric inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Analyze order trends, production efficiency, and capacity utilization for continuous process improvement.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, production planning, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.

• Lead and support the Sales & Planning team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and coordination across departments.

• Ensure compliance with lead time commitments, quality standards, and customer specifications.
