∎ Coordinate with head of HR as per the recruitment guidance to new hiring & track the recruitment process.
∎ Maintain quality and confidentially of the overall recruitment process. Ensure proper reference check and documents verification to avoid fraudulence before offer letters are made to the successful candidates.
∎ Assist HR Team Leader in the C.V long listing, shortlisting & communicate the same with all the relevant stakeholders as needed.
∎ Organize the interview process by communicating with the candidate, arrange different test as per the recruitment principals.
∎ Under the guidance of HR Team Leader, ensure proper documentation of recruitment and selection files for HR Operations team for necessary compliance.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with Key stake holders to update the recruitment status in all
∎ Organize the onboarding for all newly recruited staff in the first day of week as per set guidelines.
∎ Ensure on boarding documentation are verified as per the set guidelines and standard for personal filing and ensure the handover to HR Operations team for necessary payroll and audit.
∎ Coordinate with the L & D team for the smooth facilitation of Induction process for all newly joined candidates.
∎ Ensure job descriptions are in place for all roles and staff have signed and received JDs.
∎ Ensure all staff have a copy of JDs.
∎ Support in reviewing and updating job descriptions, structures etc.
∎ Assist in developing staff skills and awarding hiring managers on dos and do nots, their right and responsibilities during interview.
∎ Update HR Talent Management regular basis for application rejection and selection and ensue rejection mail sent immediate after on boarding.
∎ Share staff movement list, new staff list to update in payroll and ERP.
∎ Ensure the recruitment documentation as per the Recruitment SOP.
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ A minimum of 8-year relevant experience of Staff Recruitment & Onboarding.
∎ Experience in conducting recruitment processes in humanitarian set up.
∎ Experience working in multi-cultural work settings.
∎ Must have garments recruitment rich experience
