∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ • Textile Engineering from any recognized University will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, quality assurance, Audit, In-process inspection, in line inspection, Traffic light system, skip bundle,7pcs system, 7S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable.
∎ • Accountable for monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards based on customers' requirements throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
∎ • Take challenges and be equipped with the necessary drive based on KPI, motivation, and hunger to make a mark in the garments industry.
∎ • Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team.
∎ • Maintain and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.
∎ • Coordination, facilitation and management of task within team and organization.
∎ • Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product
∎ • Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.
∎ • Extremely flexible and adaptive to establish new methodology and changing new priorities.
∎ • Take necessary action instantly or inform the authority If any discrepancies happen in the working place.
∎ • Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.

∎ • Able to handle all kinds of technical and quality audits.
∎ • Able to conduct all kinds of quality training.
