- Master of Business Administration (MBA)

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/ Information Systems, MIS, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA/Master’s
- Certification in Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, Power BI, or MIS tools (preferred).
Requirements:

Skills Required: ERP Software
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP/ MIS or data analytics roles relevant to this position.
- Must be highly proficient in Excel, SQL, ERP and other data management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and database management.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in textile or garments industry preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ERP dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from the departments of production, HR, finance, merchandising, MCD, SCM, planning, compliance etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and reporting gaps.
- Generate periodic reports for management review and board presentations.
- Ensure data security, backup, and access protocols are maintained.
- Support automation initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Train relevant staff on ERP/MIS tools and reporting standards.
