• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Masters
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile/ Information Systems, MIS, Business Administration or a related field.
• MBA/Master’s
• Certification in Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, Power BI, or MIS tools (preferred).

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP/ MIS or data analytics roles relevant to this position.
• Must be highly proficient in Excel, SQL, ERP and other data management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and database management.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in textile or garments industry preferred.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ERP dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from the departments of production, HR, finance, merchandising, MCD, SCM, planning, compliance etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and reporting gaps.
• Generate periodic reports for management review and board presentations.
• Ensure data security, backup, and access protocols are maintained.
• Support automation initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Train relevant staff on ERP/MIS tools and reporting standards.
