Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA in Human Resources Management or Management or any other related field from any reputed university. PGD in HRM from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) will be given preference.

∎ Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human Resources role in FMCG industry with at least 5 years’ experience in leadership roles.

∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Experience in leading and managing organizational change initiatives.
∎ Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.

∎ Identifying skill gaps and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Implementing initiatives to boost employee motivation, productivity, and retention.
∎ Overseeing HR systems and data management.
∎ Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
∎ Managing the HR department's budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ Sr. Manager HR is a senior executive responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, strong business acumen and expertise in various HR functions. The position plays a vital role in driving the organization's success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. It also requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership skills specific to FMCG industry and its unique challenges & opportunities.
