Responsibilities & Context:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce forecasting for the BU.

  • End-to-end recruitment & selection (HO, factory, and field force).

  • Manage onboarding, confirmation, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

  • Implement and monitor performance management system (KRA, KPI, appraisal cycle).

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues, and grievance management.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.

  • Coordinate training & development initiatives and talent development plans.

  • Act as HR Business Partner to BU Head and functional leaders.

  • Maintain HRIS, reports, and dashboards for management review.
