Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry

• Sound knowledge of quality assurance principles, GMP, and compliance standards.

• Hands-on experience in chemical and physical analysis of raw materials and finished goods.

• Practical exposure to laboratory instruments such as GC and HPLC will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with quality documentation, records, and reporting systems.

• Monitor and ensure quality inspection of incoming raw and packaging materials, including identification and reporting of substandard materials.

• Monitor the quality of premix, chemicals, and stamping processes in accordance with established standards.Ensure all materials comply with specified quality parameters and regulatory requirements.

• Review and analyze analytical reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.

• Verify, complete, and approve Goods Inward Advice (GIA) documentation.Operate GC and HPLC instruments for chemical analysis as required.

• Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.

• Prepare and issue analytical and quality reports for finished products.

• Maintain effective coordination and communication with the Reporting Manager on quality matters.

• Investigate and address quality-related issues and support corrective and preventive actions.

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure production of quality-compliant products.

• Supervise and ensure compliance with all quality assurance and regulatory requirements.

• Review and maintain quality compliance records, formats, and registers.

• Ensure proper documentation control and archiving as per quality standards.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the organization in line with the role.
