Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong understanding of knitting, dyeing, finishing, and fabric types.
Proven experience in capacity planning, production coordination, and order management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with customers and internal departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle production delays, inventory issues, and customer concerns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning software (SAP/ERP/MIS systems preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Leadership capability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong commitment to timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking experienced candidates with a background in Textile Factory (Knitting & Dyeing) Sales & Marketing. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers, ensuring repeat orders.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while maintaining profitability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding orders, quality, and delivery.
Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to clients on order status, production timelines, and shipment schedules.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Provide management with timely insights to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with the Planning, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure accurate order execution.
Coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
