• Strong understanding of knitting, dyeing, finishing, and fabric types.      

• Proven experience in capacity planning, production coordination, and order management.      

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with customers and internal departments.     

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle production delays, inventory issues, and customer concerns.     

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning software (SAP/ERP/MIS systems preferred).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.   

• Leadership capability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.     

• Strong commitment to timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking experienced candidates with a background in Textile Factory (Knitting & Dyeing) Sales & Marketing. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers, ensuring repeat orders.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while maintaining profitability.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding orders, quality, and delivery.

• Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular updates to clients on order status, production timelines, and shipment schedules.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

• Provide management with timely insights to support strategic decisions.

• Work closely with the Planning, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure accurate order execution.

• Coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
