∎ B. Sc In Industrial Engineering.
∎ B. Sc In IPE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Machine layout and bulletin
∎ Man-Machine report
∎ Line Layout, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower, and Machine Budget.
∎ Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure the best productivity.
∎ Bottleneck monitoring in production lines
∎ Training production staff on efficiency
∎ Production monitoring as per set target
∎ Daily line-wise target setup
∎ Wastage control
∎ Prepare regular loss time
∎ Prepare regular SMV calculation
∎ Calculate WIP of lines
∎ Method Study + Method development
∎ Motion Study
∎ Monitoring and optimizing machine Productivity
∎ Research and development for improving all factory department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years practical working experience in any reputed export-oriented Woven & Knit Garments Industries.
∎ Knowledge of all relevant retailing legal and ethical requirements
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Capable to deal promptly with emergency situations
∎ The ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
∎ Must have knowledge of computer literacy.
