∎ B.sc in Textile Engineering from BUTEX/AUST (Preferable)
∎ Any third class not allowed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in Research and Development, Garments Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all aspects of product (Fabric) development of new products and as per requirements of Customer that is successful in production and meets Apparels expectations.
∎ Responsible for coordinating all phases of sample production (Yarn-Knitting- Dyeing- Finishing- Quality).
∎ Supervision of encompassing testing, quality, specification writing raw materials and new fabric development and projects as needs from Design/PD.
∎ Review competitor of Textiles for new development, costs, specifications and fabric comparisons.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Fabric (knit) knowledge, technical knowledge (dyeing, washing, finishing, QC)
∎ Knowledge of QC process
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/ Machinery.
∎ Planning and analytical skill
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
