∎ Age 30 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.    Anticipate staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications through job analysis to ensure optimum recruitment
∎ 2.    Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/ newspapers/ Universities/ Social Media to attract a pool of candidates
∎ 3.    Apply suitable selection tool(s) in line with specific requirements to hire candidates within the schedule
∎ 4.    Co-coordinate job interviews for the managerial job positions to smoothen the process
∎ 5.    Develop talent pools for future needs by analyzing & keeping shortlisted resumes to ensure emergency manpower requirements
∎ 6.    Maintain a working relationship with head hunters, and educational/professional institutes to ensure the inflow of an adequate number of competent CV during the selection process.
∎ 7.    Play crucial roles in employer branding by ensuring further assistance to the staff throughout their tenure and participating in job fairs as well as career campaigns
∎ 8.    Providing recruitment reports as instructed by the supervisor
∎ 9.    Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
