Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance;
∎ Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
∎ Performs other administrative related duties as assigned;
∎ To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
∎ To work for transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
∎ Maintain personal file, Final settlement, Disciplinary Proceedings with any other HR-related activities;
∎ Coordinate employee recruitment & selection process;
∎ Review, modify or develop Job Description as per requirement of the organization;
∎ Prepare a CV Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always updated;
∎ Maintain and monitor attendance through automated system (biometric/swiping cards) and HRIS for processing compensation and benefit for employees;
∎ Various reports on HR & Administrative tasks;
∎ Any other activities assigned by the HOD/Management.
