Experience:
BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from reputed University.
PGDHRM/PGDPM qualification will be considered an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP.
Problem-solving, negotiation & documentation skills.
Ethical, disciplined, clear understanding of confidentiality.
A. Human Resource Management
Assist in end-to-end recruitment & selection (job posting, CV screening, interviews, joining formalities).
Maintain employee personal files, HRMS/ERP data entry, attendance & leave records.
Support performance appraisal processes and maintain KPI records.
Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation and probation evaluation.
Handle disciplinary matters by preparing show-cause notices, warning letters and documentation.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies.
Assist in training & development planning and coordination.
B. Administrative Management
Monitor office administration including housekeeping, logistics, stationery & asset management.
Maintain vehicle management, fuel records and driver duty rosters.
Ensure office security, safety measures and compliance with company SOPs.
Assist in factory/site administration (canteen, hostel, transport, utilities, uniform distribution if applicable).
Manage vendor communication, service contracts and administrative procurement.
C. Compliance & Legal Support
Support compliance activities related to Labor Law 2006 & Amendments.
Assist in fire safety drills, health & safety compliance HR/Compliance audits.
Ensure correct implementation of HR & Admin policies across departments.
