Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Textile Engineering, Major in Apparel Manufacturing Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength ensuring timely shipment target;
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each and every orders;
∎ Ensuring combined production report of fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment;
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity;
∎ Prepare the Master cutting plan for the centralized cutting unit;
∎ Capacity planning & forecasting, identify bottle necks in cutting process;
∎ Prepare daily/weekly fabric inspection plans, fabric issuing plans;
∎ Monitor each style/order and ensure the correct PO's are cut and loaded;
∎ Monitor & control daily/weekly cut work WIP and make sure sewing lines are fed without interruptions;
∎ Closely liaising with Sewing Planners, Merchandisers and ensure that the material flows are supported to execute plans.
∎ Any other assignment at the discretion of management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicant must have expert knowledge of planning at large Woven Shirt factory.
∎ Must have very good knowledge on MS Office, especially advance level knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
